Compañía's focus is to strengthen the Latinx professional community, so that means providing opportunities for them to hone important skills that contribute to their growth in their respective fields.

With a focus on entrepreneurs and small business owners, Compañía hosts quarterly workshops and runs periodic programs in Spanish designed to help Latinx professionals gain leverage in the professional world.

The Compañía consulting model focuses its efforts to reaching the Latinx market by providing opportunities to businesses and agencies who wish to engage the Latinx population and/or strengthen their existing relationships with them.

Membership

Our membership initiative for Compañía focuses on establishing and fostering a community for both Latinxs and non-Latinxs and those with a vested interest in the Latinx market - connecting, guiding and strengthening our members to enrich their professional and personal experiences within the Latinx community.
